Since 1999 The Big Picture People (formerly BigPicture Learning) has helped hundreds of UK-wide and global organisations to put thousands of their people in the picture with our unique Learning Maps. We’ve combined the visual impact of video, the interactivity of a board game and the dynamics of informal discussion to bring ‘lightbulb moments’ of realisation as employees get fully immersed in the organisation’s ‘big picture’, often for the first time.
