𝐀𝐝𝐚 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲: 400+ Pupils Inspired To Shape The Future From the excited faces of children peering through microscopes to hands-on lab experiments led by some of the UK’s most innovative scientists, Pioneer Group’s biggest Ada Lovelace Day event yet was a day of inspiration and wonder. For a day, the children became junior scientists, exploring their curiosity and discovering the endless possibilities of science. This nationwide event united 425 pupils across eight of our locations: BioCity Nottingham MediCity Nottingham Kent Science Park Wilton Centre Hexagon Tower BioCity Glasgow Edinburgh Technopole Colworth Science Park Through interactive workshops, students engaged directly with companies like Unilever, Merck Life Science, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Arxada and Intertek - showcasing the real-world impact of STEM careers. A generation that faces huge planatery health challanges and the prospect of steering revolutionary human health solutions deserves to have its potential for innovation maximised.
