    👀 Is financial wellbeing support truly reaching everyone in your organisation? Or are managers receiving more of it than employees? Our latest research, recently covered by HR magazine, reveals a concerning gap: managers report better financial wellbeing at work than employees. A massive thank you to HR Magazine and Honey Jane Wyatt for spotlighting this critical issue! 🔍 According to our findings: • Just 20% of non-managers say they receive adequate financial wellbeing support at work, compared to 54% of managers • Non-managers are 5.8x less likely to have told their employer about their money worries than managers • 30% of non-managers worry about money every day, compared to 13% of managers With rising living costs and increasing financial pressures, employees at all levels deserve access to the same level of support. The fallout from this disparity could mean lower engagement, productivity, and overall satisfaction across the workforce. 💡 So, what can HR teams do? It’s time to take action!     We're talking about money more as a society! 🙌 I think we can all agree the cost-of-living crisis made it less taboo. But are we talking about money more - or talking about OUR money more? There's an important distinction. We can talk more about money generally, but still have unmet financial needs and worries. The latter comes first. Because when money topics become normalised, it's easier for people to turn the conversation to their own needs. You can talk about how to deal with debt without being vulnerable. It's harder to talk about dealing with YOUR debt without being vulnerable. Organisations, we need to get people talking about debt, before they will talk about their own debt.     Back in 2023 we found a 'money stigma gap' affecting organisations like yours. 84% of the 600 UK senior HR directors we surveyed said they provide an environment encouraging employees to share money worries. But just 52% of the 5000 UK employees we surveyed agreed. This gap - between expectation and reality - can mean your organisation remains blissfully unaware how many people are suffering in silence.
