We're incredibly proud to congratulate Archie Veale, one of our dedicated Orthotists in the Clinical Services team, for completing a 124-mile cycle along the Leeds-Liverpool Canal to raise funds for Alder Hey Children's Hospital charity. Reflecting on his journey, Archie shared, 🗣️ "Gareth was instrumental in my early rehabilitation following my 5-month stay at Alder Hey. Ten years later, we're blowing off the cobwebs from the Tandem and embarking on a 2-day cycle from Leeds to Liverpool." Together, Archie and Gareth Watt have raised nearly £4500 for a cause that is deeply personal to Archie. This remarkable achievement highlights Archie's resilience and unwavering commitment to giving back to the community. Sadly, Sian Lord had an unfortunate accident over a decade ago while in New York City. That said, Sian has embraced life as a below-the-knee amputee, thanks to the Elan IC.
