PLANNING APPROVAL! We are pleased to announce that earlier this week we received planning approval for The Candover Pub. This was a complex application, being a Grade II listed building from the 1800’s, located on a flood plain. Working alongside the brilliant Rebecca Haines-Gadd and Natalie Fellows, and a team of specialists we were able to navigate the various hurdles involved. Our client is modernising this Grade II listed pub to add 11 bedrooms, a café & deli, indoor and outdoor dining, and state-of-the-art catering facilities. We look forward to bringing this exciting project to life!
