Here’s a quick look at what’s happening on-site and beyond:   🏠 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 (£𝟰𝗠) – Transforming Grade II listed commercial units into student accommodation in Brighton – On-site now. 🏢 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗖𝘂𝘁 & 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗲 (£𝟭.𝟴𝗠) – Structural modifications in Oxford to enhance fire safety, upgrade MEP, and create new demises for a marquee tenant. 🏭 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (£𝟰𝗠) – Envelope upgrades and structural works in Borehamwood – Just achieved PC. 📐 𝗠𝗼𝗰𝗸-𝗨𝗽 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 (£𝟭𝟮𝟬𝗞) – Signed this month, delivering by April. 🛠️ 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 & 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽 𝗢𝘂𝘁 (£𝟵𝟬𝗞) – Part of a larger refurbishment for a Grade II listed building in Central London, completing early April. 🏡 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 (£𝟱𝟰𝟬𝗞) – A quirky Hackney space, set to complete by July. 🏗️ 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝘂𝘁-𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗖𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗲 (£𝟯𝟬𝟬𝗞+) – Underway in Highbury, completing by May. 🏗️ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – We are close to securing PCSA for a London Council project after the previous contractor went into liquidation. 🏛️ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝘁-𝗢𝘂𝘁 & 𝗨𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 – For another London Council, completing this month.   With our expertise in refurbishments, retrofits, and repurposing, we’d love to explore opportunities to support your next project. 🏗️ 5 Elstree Way – Project Complete! 🎉   The PC certificate is in, marking the successful completion of our £4M renovation at 5 Elstree Way. Over the past 17 months, this has been an incredible journey for us, carefully restoring and repurposing this 1930s office and factory building which was originally constructed in the Modern Movement style of 1938 by Laing.   A great example of early 20th-century industrial architecture, this project preserved key historic elements, including Crittall-style windows and the signature ceramic tile feature on the front façade, while bringing the buildings up to modern standards.   We worked closely with dMFK architects, XCO2 and Symmetrys Structural and Civil Engineers to deliver: ✅ New roofs throughout ✅ Structural modifications for new glazing ✅ Full fit-out of the front office ✅ Landscaping across the site   The journey started with a £640K, 14-week strip-out & re-roof, but we left touching every square inch of the building fabric and externals. A huge team effort with design exploration, pricing, re-pricing, mock-ups, samples & discoverables—and the results speak for themselves!   A huge thank you to everyone involved. We're carefully carrying out demolition and structural steel installation on the ground floor of this beautiful 19th-century property—preserving its historic charm while enhancing its functionality.   The enabling works are well underway, converting the reception and kitchen into a seamless open-plan space, all while maintaining the property's stunning exterior. 🏗️ Breathing New Life into Brighton’s Heritage – and Capturing It in Style! 📸   We’re working on a repurposing and conversion project in Brighton. 🌊🏛️ This Grade II listed building—originally two townhouses—has evolved over the last three centuries transitioning to commercial use with various extensions added to the rear along the way.
