    Hello, Greetings from Blupace! Role Overview: As a Desktop Support Engineer Band 2, you will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for our organization’s end-user systems. This role requires a deeper technical knowledge and experience compared to Band 1, as you will handle more complex issues and lead efforts to improve our IT infrastructure. Band 2  Work Location -Across Germany with multiple clients. Work timing - Usual Business timing  Required experience -3+ yrs No Sponsorship provided     Key Responsibilities: · Provide advanced support for desktop and laptop hardware, software, and network issues. · Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices. · Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences. · Manage and support enterprise-level applications and systems, including troubleshooting and configuration. · Coordinate and perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance. · Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and implement improvements. · Document technical procedures, configurations, and support activities accurately. · Provide guidance and training to junior team members and assist in their development. · Support IT projects and initiatives as required. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. · 3-5 years of experience in desktop support or a related IT role. · In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and enterprise applications. · Experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus. · Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. · Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network issues and connectivity.
