We're honoured to have sponsored the prizes for the 'movie-mashup' art trail for Worcester Film Festival 2024. The art trail was the perfect way to publicise an important creative event for the city and we were lucky enough to be able to attend both the winners announcement and the premiere of 'The Outrun' which was a great choice of opening movie. Celebrating local creativity and putting Worcester on the map for the film industry. The event has been a labour of love for all involved and is now in it's 4th iteration. We're hopeful of being involved next year and being able to share the love of movie culture with our team. Thanks to Emily Johnson for the partnership opportunity.

Christening our new office space in the centre of Worcester. It's a work in progress but beginning to taking shape, it's great to be back in the city. We've used the opportunity to get the team together for some pitching to each other of potential development ideas. Watch this space over the coming weeks...

This week we were evaluating our disaster recovery procedures - a process we all hope never to need, but are always glad to have in place. Just two days later, and today we witness a major outage from Microsoft, reminding us all of the importance of being prepared for the unexpected. Outages like these underscore the critical need for robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans. It’s not just about having a backup; it’s about ensuring that your operations can continue seamlessly, no matter what challenges arise. We're always learning about new strategies and solutions and will happily discuss how to help safeguard systems to minimise disruption. Feel free to reach out to our team for more information. #DisasterRecovery #BusinessContinuity #TechResilience #MicrosoftOutage #SoftwareDevelopment

We're really excited to sponsor this years Worcester Film Festival Art Trail in partnership with Artists Clubhouse as part of the 2024 Worcester Film Festival. We're pretty geeky movie lovers here and being able to support a local, creative celebration of movie culture is one we couldn't pass up. The premise of this year is a 'mashup' - to create Artwork inspired by using one or more films or tv shows mixed together to create an original art piece). Winners will be displayed around Worcester city centre over August/September. If you know anyone who would be interested in submitting artwork please visit https://lnkd.in/ehzPEnsB for more information.

Working on custom development for clients means we don't ever get to share our greatest achievements. Occasionally, we can shed some light on development we do in-house. Time sheeting is the bane of most developers lives. Time consuming, boring and easy to overlook key information. However, it is incredibly important for clients and we provide monthly reports to ensure transparency. Recently, we began playing around with Open AI to help us summarise our reports. In essence, it breaks down activity and times and provides basic insight at a glance to help highlight the key objectives we delivered. We're just in testing but our clients will start to see these coming through soon and we've been super-impressed with the automation and language used. A great example of AI helping with mundane tasks - allowing us to spend more time on high value development tasks. #worksmarter #ai

Productive meeting with our friends Avensys UK Ltd to discuss the latest round of development for their custom PPM software application. Collaboration is key to any successful custom development (as are pastries and coffee)!
