Earlier this month, BlueCove had the pleasure of welcoming a group of ReachOut mentees in years 8 and 9 to our London office to give them an insight into the investment management industry. Thank you to ReachOut for the opportunity to host this event, to our great team of internal volunteers, and to the mentees for their enthusiasm (and investment ideas)!

🗨️ “I learned that anyone can do this job, no matter how they grew up!” Last week a group of ReachOut mentees in years 8 and 9 visited BlueCove for a fantastic workplace experience visit. After being welcomed by CEO Alex Khein and CAO Natalie Benitez-Castellano, our young people learned all about the different roles within the industry. With the support of Bridget Murtagh, Savio Rodrigues and Diana Fomina, CFA, they worked in teams to research different investment opportunities. Through SWOT analyses and a trip to the trading desks, our young people were asked to present what they had found and whether or not they'd recommend investing. A big thank you to Zahid Ur Rehman for judging the pitches. Thank you as well to Javelle Gerrald, Bethany Duncan and Sophie Joyce for all of your hard work in organising this fantastic visit, helping to inspire our young people. #Careers #Mentoring #Inspiration
