What's really important to you when looking for a job? 💭 It's super important to make sure that when you begin searching for work, you know what your specific requirements are. ✅ Whether that be: 💸 Salary 🎁 Particular benefits (enhanced maternity pay, private health insurance) 🏡 Hybrid working 📈 Personal progression plan 📚 Training courses Make sure that these expectations are agreed from the outset (with the recruiter or the company hiring) so that expectations are managed to ensure the best chance of achieving what's important to you. It's also important to make sure that your requirements are realistic.
