    💼 5 simple stretches to keep you feeling good at your desk this afternoon 💼 Long days at a desk don’t have to lead to tension and stiffness. Try these throughout the day and keep your body refreshed: 🔹 Neck roll – Gently roll your neck from side to side to release tension 🔹 Shoulder shrug – Lift your shoulders to your ears, hold, then release. Repeat for gentle relief. 🔹 Wrist stretch – Extend your arm and pull back on your fingers for a few seconds. Perfect for counteracting typing tension. 🔹 Seated Twist – Twist your torso to one side while seated, holding onto the back of your chair. Great for loosening up the spine. 🔹 Calf Raises – Lift your heels while seated to promote circulation.
