Another week and another project completion, have a look at the photos. A Cat B fit out, which was carried out over 30,000 sqft and executed in phases due to the building's full occupancy throughout the process. We secured this project through a competitive lump sum tender. The scope of work encompassed the construction of two new conference suites, client breakout areas, a collaborative workspace hub, new individual meeting rooms, accessible toilets, teapoints, as well as upgrades to acoustics and lighting to all areas. The clients feed back ‘So pleased Box3 got the project and more so that you've surpassed all expectations. There's been a multitude of changes on the project, but Box3 has dealt with it graciously. Time to Talk Day: Fostering Openness & Support Did you know that today, February 6th, is Time to Talk Day? At Box3, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels comfortable talking openly about their mental health. We are very lucky to work within a strong supportive team, who help all to reach their full potential. Having a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) on your team is just as important as having someone trained in physical first aid. Early Intervention: MHFAs can recognise signs of mental health struggles in colleagues, allowing for early intervention.   Reduces Stigma: By having designated MHFAs, it normalises conversations about mental health in the workplace.   Provides Support: MHFAs can offer initial support to colleagues experiencing emotional distress.   Improves Overall Well-being: When employees feel supported in their mental health, it leads to a happier, healthier, and more productive work environment for everyone. We are fortunate to have Bobby, our Operations Director, as our dedicated MHFA.
