So, after nearly two years of relentless practice and countless hours of strategic planning, the B&S team returned to Amiri Construction HQ, for a crunch Pool rematch 🔴🟡 (𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺, 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘶𝘱 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦). As the year draws to a close, we’re reflecting on some standout moments in our very own B&S Wrapped - take a scroll through below! From celebrating a decade of Boyle & Summers, to Tony receiving a top honour at the South Coast Property Awards, and relocating our South-West base to the stunning Clockwise Offices Generator Building in Bristol, it’s been a year of milestones. We doubled down on sustainability, engaging in net-zero discussions, and launched our Wellbeing Policy to prioritise a healthy, supportive workplace. The team grew with the additions of Peter, Antonia, Prodromos, James, Rebekah, Samuel, Hannah, and Oliver - bringing new energy and expertise to the table. Outside of the office, our fourth study tour took us to Zurich, and we marked our 10th anniversary with an unforgettable celebration. Led by our Associate David Hawkins, our team's expertise in design and coordination has been instrumental in delivering innovative learning spaces that empower students and enhance educational experiences.🎓🌱 Key highlights from our 2024 portfolio include: The Isle of Wight College: A cutting-edge space for T-Level courses, complete with TV studios and media labs, designed to mirror a professional production environment. Eastleigh College: New Centres of Excellence for practical, immersive learning in areas like Healthcare, Business, and Construction, ensuring practical functionality while extending the lifespan of the building’s core infrastructure. HSDC Havant & South Downs: A sustainable transformation of teaching spaces and science labs, integrating natural light through new roof lights and ensuring compliance with modern building standards, completed under tight summer schedules. Each of these projects helps to create environments where students thrive, blending functionality with inspiring aesthetics - and by focusing on refurbishment, they reduced the need for new construction, cutting down carbon footprints while delivering high-quality, adaptable learning spaces.
