For #InternationalPodcastDay we asked Chloe Notter, our Team Engagement Manager, what shows she listens to and why she loves them. If you're looking for some listening inspiration for your daily commute or lunchtime walk, take a look at Chloe's favourite pods 🔈 🚽 The Girls Bathroom; I love this podcast as its a girly, light-hearted, feel-good listen. The hosts are genuinely funny and you get to hear all about random girls' situations/dilemmas/gossip. It's relatable, and honest, and I have laughed out loud at every episode I've listened to! (I've even seen them live on tour!) 🌿 Wellness with Ella; An educational conversation between entrepreneur Ella Mills and a variety of guests who talk on topics such as personal growth, health and wellness, nutrition and so much more. I have a genuine interest in these topics, so this is the perfect listen for me. Ella articulates her questions really well and has a calming vibe to her show. I learn a lot from Ella and her guests! 🍎 The Food Medic; hosted by medical doctor, personal trainer, blogger and author Dr. Hazel Wallace, you get to hear from a number of leading experts in their field who share evidence-based advice on how to live a healthier life and cut through the confusing information we read online, which is something I often feel extremely overwhelmed by, so this podcast puts some of my doubts at ease. 💔 Just One Thing by Dr Michael Mosley; I love this podcast series because the episodes tend to be around 15 minutes long, explaining 'one thing' that we should be doing to improve our health and wellbeing. Sometimes I don't have time for a long podcast so it's perfect, and Michael's voice always cheers me up! He'll be missed.

Which new features from yesterday's #AppleKeynote event should you be most excited about? We asked our iOS developers for the inside scoop! ⌚ The latest iteration of the Apple Watch boasts a bigger & thinner screen, but it's the new detection features that really set it apart. It can tell you how cold the water is when swimming, and alert users if they have sleep apnea or are experiencing a stroke. 🔉 AirPods Pro 2 got some handy updates centred around hearing health with users able to take a hearing test to protect themselves from loud noises. AirPods now also work as a clinical-grade hearing aid, automatically adjusting the volume to ensure the user can hear clearly. 📱 Customisation is the name of the game with the iPhone 16, as the side button actions are determined by the user. Travel fanatics can translate with the click of a button, and budding musicians can use it to identify a song. You'll also never miss a moment with the camera control button that allows you to open the camera and adjust various features with a sliding gesture. 🧠 Step aside Artificial Intelligence, it's all about Apple Intelligence now. While none of the features are new to those of us who are up to date on the latest in generative AI, Apple Intelligence packages up everything you need to enhance the way you write and the photos you take, as well as giving your productivity level a boost. https://lnkd.in/ereKnn4f
