Over the past six months our team have worked day & night to build a Fairtrade supply chain from scratch, ensuring the West African farmers and communities growing this incredible super grain get paid a fair price for it.   Knowing the biggest waves are made together, we’re calling it ‘Open Grain’ (cheers Tony's Chocolonely 😇) meaning the supply chain can be accessed by all other breweries and businesses looking to source Fonio grain for themselves.
