How our Centre of Excellence is empowering the next generation of talent. Our brand-new Centre of Excellence was created to deliver industry-leading mentorship and provide a steady pipeline of highly skilled talent into the business. A core part of this investment is the development of our apprenticeship programme. Our apprentices now benefit from even more structured, hands-on sessions covering the full van conversion process. This includes fitting components, reading wiring diagrams, understanding safety principles, and working with real tools and materials. They are able to apply what they learn in a supervised, practical environment, gaining confidence and experience before stepping onto the shop floor. Meet our amazing Assembly Team! Thanks to our full in-house capabilities, our expert assembly team plays a crucial role in bringing fully powder-coated parts together into complete, ready to install units for our customers' fleets. Based at our Neptune facility, our dedicated 18-member team works at the heart of our conversion process, ensuring efficiency and precision. Every week, they assemble and dispatch around 500 fully completed units back to our main site for installation.
