Every week at Cradle I am amazed by the speed and efficiency of our high-throughput protein expression and purification workflow. We can reliably take 384 variants, and go from starting growth to purified protein in just 3 days of relatively light lab work! My awesome colleague Jinel Shah and I really wanted to share the details of our method with other scientists, so we have written up a blog post and accompanying Briefly protocol.
