With less than 2 weeks until the go-live date of the DVS Progressive Safe System (PSS) update, it's crucial to be prepared. Starting soon, vehicles operating in London will need to meet a minimum 3-star rating. Those that don’t must obtain a safety permit and install additional safety equipment to continue operating. 📅 Transport for London (TfL) has introduced a 6-month grace period for operators who take action before the deadline. Here's what you need to do to qualify: 1️⃣ Apply for a grace period extension in advance – it won’t be automatic. 2️⃣ Already hold a DVS permit to be eligible for the extension. 3️⃣ Provide proof of safety equipment orders. 4️⃣ Provide evidence of scheduled installation. 5️⃣ Show proof that suppliers are unable to complete installation by the deadline. Take action now to ensure compliance and avoid disruption! https://lnkd.in/gwQxkGx

At Brigade, we’re embracing this approach with our innovative blended learning packages. We’ve replaced traditional, day-long sessions with shorter, impactful 60-minute segments. By seamlessly alternating between in-person and virtual formats, we’re giving learners the flexibility they need while keeping them fully engaged.    Here’s what we’re aiming to achieve:  🤝 Increased Engagement: Learners stay focused and absorb information more effectively in shorter, targeted sessions.  🌍 Flexibility: Virtual options mean we will be able to offer sessions to our colleagues in subsidiaries across the world.  📝 Better Retention: Regular, bite-sized learning experiences reinforce key concepts and reduce information overload.  ⚖️ Work-Life Balance: Colleagues can fit learning into their busy schedules without sacrificing full days at work.
