About us
Brightlink is a learning community for CILEx distance learning, Continuing professional development for lawyers, education professionals and those who work supporting people as well as personal development. We work with individuals and organisations around the world. We’re accredited by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and the CPD Registration Service and our training outcomes are recognised by the Solicitor’s Regulation Authority. Our team members designed and created the first Chartered Legal Executive eLearning and a free legal advice clinic which was the only one of its kind in the world. We’ve guided people through over 1500 qualifications, to become fee earners, partners, judiciary, run their own firms, to feel they can perform their roles better and increase their earning capacity and opportunities. We save our learners between £6,000 and £37,000 on training fees. A potential total combined saving so far of over £18 million. We work restoratively, combining the convenience of technology and the connection of relationships to provide access to lifelong learning. We often work in partnership to create new courses and services with contributors and organisations aligned with our values, using our learning management system and blended approach.

Each summer, we offer bursary funding to members of CILEX who are on the path to qualification, but who are struggling to fund their continued education. Our generous awards mean that ambitious, talented CILEX students are able to continue their professional qualification, remain in the legal workforce and progress to senior roles within the legal sector - without the worry of financing their course. On the 26th September, at HMS Cambria in Cardiff, Brightlink Learning were among 10 organisa-tions who were awarded the prestigious Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award. Awarded by the Ministry of Defence, the Employer Recognition Scheme formally recognises organ-isations that employ and support those who serve in the Armed Forces, veterans and their fami-lies. Brightlink are one of only 7 members of the Welsh education sector to be awarded the Gold Award and in being awarded were also recognised for their encouragement and support of the armed forces by volunteering time and resources to Cardiff sea cadets and for sponsoring fundraising ef-forts.
