𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 British Eventing is proud to announce the official establishment of the British Eventing Training Foundation (BETF), a new charity dedicated to supporting education and training initiatives across the eventing community. The BETF aims to help members at all levels reach their full potential, whether they are competitors, volunteers, or part of the wider workforce. The charity’s key objectives focus on advancing education and skills development within the eventing community, which is governed by British Eventing. This includes offering tailored training programs for competitors and enhancing the skills of volunteers and staff, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all involved. Additionally, the BETF will promote animal welfare by providing education on the care, protection, and treatment of horses in the sport. We are delighted to announce that the first primary benefactor to the charity is David Howden, Group CEO and Founder of Howden, and Founder and President of the Cornbury House Horse Trials. The generous donation will support the continued delivery of training to the regional academies, prize money at young horse sections, our event horse leagues, alongside new investment into the delivery of training for officials and volunteers. Membership Team Administrator, British Eventing (Full Time), £20,000-£25,000 depending on experience Type: Full Time, between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, 5 days a week, with the opportunity of hybrid working for the right candidate.  Role Summary: Our Membership Team, reporting to the Membership Team Leader, are based at the British Eventing head office in Stareton, Warwickshire. Their work is varied from the processing of memberships, horse registrations and FEI Passports through to the answering of calls and emails from both existing and prospective members. Being a key point of contact for the sport, the membership team hold a breadth and depth of knowledge on Membership options and types so that they can assist both the prospective and current membership.
