Here are some quick tips: 🎧 Wear Hearing Protection: Foam earplugs or over-ear protection can reduce noise by up to 35 decibels, an easy, affordable safeguard. 📏 Keep Your Distance: Stand at least 15–20 meters from fireworks, and 50–60 meters if you’re with children. 💥 Choose Quieter Fireworks: If you’re setting off your own, check for fireworks with a lower noise level rating. ⏳ Take Breaks: If your ears start to feel uncomfortable, step away from the noise. 👦🏽 Protect Children’s Ears: Use ear defenders for little ones to keep them safe. 🎆 Fireworks can reach up to 150 decibels, and exposure to these sounds can cause temporary or even permanent hearing damage.
