Enjoying life’s everyday moments

About us

At Britvic, we strive to be the most dynamic soft drinks company, creating a better tomorrow. We exist to help people enjoy life’s everyday moments. In each of our markets, we own leading brands that consumers love, including household names such as Robinsons, MiWadi, Teisseire and Maguary. In Great Britain and Ireland, we have an exclusive licence with PepsiCo to make and sell Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Rockstar Energy and Lipton Ice Tea. Our portfolio will refresh you wherever you are: in your home, going out or on the go. Acquiring two great Brazilian companies, Ebba in 2015 and Bela Ischia in 2017, Britvic has developed fruit favourites such as Maguary, Dafruta and Bela Ischia into strong national presences known for innovation. Beyond Great Britain and Brazil, we’re established in Ireland and France – manufacturing local, iconic brands steeped in heritage that date back hundreds of years. Beyond that, we continue to identify opportunities in countries far and wide to promote and deliver Britvic’s brands to new markets.

Welcoming our new graduate and apprentice cohort! 🌟 Every year, we are thrilled to nurture the young talent of the future. This month, we are delighted to welcome our latest cohort to the business. Our 13 graduates have embarked on their two to three year journeys on our commercial, financial and engineering programmes, rotating across various roles within the business. Following their inductions, two new digital apprentices also join the team in Hemel Hempstead and nine engineering apprentices join our teams in Beckton, Leeds and Rugby. In their first few weeks, our new joiners have been busy learning all about our iconic portfolio of brands, visiting our factories and getting to know their new colleagues. The great energy, new ideas and curiosity from our new recruits is an invaluable asset to the business and we can't wait to see them thrive in their new roles 👏 Careers at Britvic - https://lnkd.in/eNBe2JHq

In celebration of #BlackHistoryMonth, our B-Diverse network for Black, Asian and ethnically diverse employees hosted a fireside chat with special guest speakers, ex-Chelsea and Leeds United footballer Michael Duberry and Sheila Nortley, award-winning writer, director and producer. Most recently Sheila produced Netflix's Supacell. It was a fantastic session where Michael and Sheila shared their own experiences, and highlighted the importance of educating ourselves and others to achieve representation at all levels. Huge thank you to our speakers and B-Diverse for hosting an authentic and inspiring conversation 👏

This year, #WorldMentalHealthDay shone a light on the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Over the past week, we worked with mental health advocate, Ryan Ridgway from Luminate, to help employees feel more confident in having mental health conversations. From helping understand the signs of poor mental health in someone to knowing how to initiate meaningful and supportive conversations, Ryan delivered powerful sessions to employees online and at our factory in Beckton, leaving many moved and inspired. Next month, Ryan will be speaking to employees at our Rugby and Leeds factories, to continue encouraging open and honest conversations in the workplace 💜
