This week, in celebration of International Women’s Day 2025, the Breaking Even Network welcomed the incredible Bonita Norris to our London office. As the youngest person to conquer both Mount Everest and the North Pole, she shared her inspiring journey and emphasised that women in our industry are equally capable of achieving great success.   Bonita shared the story around her incredible achievements, the challenges faced and how she overcame them. She highlighted the importance of her mantra, "Focus not fret," reminding us that we can often be our own worst enemies by overthinking and overwhelming ourselves. Bonita explained the importance of focusing on one task at a time and on what we can control instead of stressing about the bigger picture - success is by smallness, focus on the little things and dream big.
