This preserves colours by minimising any polymer colour change caused by UV exposure • The addition of a UV stabiliser will hinder the degradation of the plastic. Without this, plastics may start to break down, becoming brittle and chalky • We'll often include an anti-oxidant additive too. Last week, we held a charity bake sale to raise funds for Suffolk Mind, a local charity dedicated to providing a wide range of mental health and wellbeing services 🧁🥮🍪😋 A special thanks goes to our Regulatory Officer, Evie Jenkins, for organizing the event and treating us to some delicious homemade goodies. Evie would also like to extend her gratitude to everyone who baked, donated, and participated in the sale. Earlier this year, thanks to an excellent employee suggestion, we proudly launched the Broadway Social & Wellbeing Committee. Chaired by Shift Supervisor Chris Bradford, the committee's mission is to foster camaraderie across teams, promoting employee interaction, engagement, and wellbeing. With an annual budget dedicated to treats and events, they’re already making an impact. On Saturday, we hosted an evening of drinks, food, darts, pool, and good cheer at our local sports bar. It was great to see a strong turnout from all departments.
