Do you know what closed lost leads are? Closed lost leads refer to former customers or prospects who got stuck in the sales funnel. They might be old clients who no longer buy from you, or once-warm prospects that have since gone cold and not closed a sale. Some businesses might see these as failures, but closed lost leads can be a key metric for success, as well as a source of future revenue. These leads are crucial for refining your sales strategy: • They provide valuable feedback on your offering, helping you understand why a deal didn't close • Help identify gaps in your sales process, where prospects are falling through the cracks • Offer insights into market trends and competition, if they went to a competitor instead Understanding why leads are lost can be just as important as winning them. What's more, going back to closed lost leads to revive the relationship can be an efficient way of bringing in new business. Are you analysing your closed lost leads to improve your sales approach? #SalesStrategy #LeadGeneration #BusinessGrowth

Last week, we talked about ideal customer profiles (ICPs). But what is the difference between a persona and an ICP? The distinction can be summed up by saying that an ICP answers the question of 'What companies do we want to work with?', while a persona answers the question of 'Who at those companies do we want to be engaging with?'. You might have one ICP, but five personas, and all of those personas are working at the same company. For instance, you might have one persona profile for the buyer at a company who makes purchasing decisions, and another for the end user of your service or product. Do you know what your ICPs and persona profiles are? #icp #persona #marketing

Your choice of font may not strike you as the most important part of your website, but in fact typography can be very impactful – in the right way and the wrong way. Good typography can make your website easy to read, aesthetically appealing, and more user-friendly. Conversely, bad typography can turn your website into an illegible, ugly eyesore that viewers can’t wait to click away from. Branding is important for keeping your website consistent. Here's how to make sure you are using your brand guidelines and typography in the best way possible for your website. https://lnkd.in/df2KgvpG #branding #typography #marketing
