Three of the world’s top luxury brands are now working with us on development programmes. 🔹 𝟯𝗗 𝗕𝗶𝗼-𝗧𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀: Following a successful soft launch, 𝗖𝘆𝘁𝗼𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁™ has received strong interest from multiple biopharma companies, while 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗠𝗶𝘅™ is advancing in testing stages with repeat orders and tech transfer projects. 🔹 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗖𝗠𝗧): The Company has decided not to proceed with the proposed joint venture with CellulaRevolution Ltd (CellRev). BSF Enterprise PLC Strategic and Operational Update We are excited to share key developments from our innovative subsidiaries, summarised below from this morning’s LSE update. ▪️ Lab-Grown Leather Ltd (LGL) is set to revolutionise the leather industry with the world’s first and only scaffold-free lab-grown 100% real leather. This initiative is already generating development partnerships within the fashion industry. Also, LGL's newly developed ‘Standard Operating Procedure’ will allow for pilot-scale manufacturing of lab-grown leather by other companies. ▪️ Kerato Ltd is progressing with the launch of its first commercial product, the LiQD Cornea device, which is now moving towards veterinary trials in 2024, with plans to start human clinical trials in 2026. ▪️ 3D Bio-Tissues is launching its new CytoBoost™ animal-free media additive, designed to improve cell culture processes in the biopharma industry, while transitioning City-Mix™ to a commercially scalable OEM model. ▪️ Cultivated Meat Technologies (CMT) and joint venture partner CellulaRevolution Ltd will focus on the UK and European markets to develop a technology platform that assists partners in manufacturing their own cultivated meat products. ▪️ Lastly, BSF Enterprise Hong Kong is engaging potential strategic partners in the world’s largest cultivated meat and leather market.
