About us
Buzzard Cameras Limited is a remote sensing company with a focus on precision agriculture. The company was founded by Oliver Drew after completing his MSc Thesis research in to the application of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) acquired multispectral imagery for precision agriculture and environmental studies. Buzzard Cameras spent 12-months at the European Space Agency’s Business Incubation Centre between June, 2016 and May, 2017. The incubation was used to develop a system of hardware and software that will allow satellite and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) imagery to be combined to provide an efficient, low-cost, and reliable source remotely sensed imagery.
