#makeitvisible Yesterday at our project in Garendon we joined forces with Persimmon Homes and The Lighthouse Charity where all trades were encouraged to stop and learn about the free crucial support services The Lighthouse Charity can provide. The emphasis is very much on having an informal friendly chat over a cuppa, and to let workers know about all of the support available to them and their families C3 Construction has always taken our teams welfare seriously and it’s a pleasure to be involved increasing awareness of support that is available 🖤 🤍 🧡

💥 New Year, New Client 💥 Sileby has lots of history with a water mill dating back to the 9th century and a church established in 1152 but we have secured a site for 170 plots and asssociated infrastructure in the next phase of this Leicestershire towns progress and growth. We are delighted to be working on our first project with David Wilson Homes and are sure it will be the start of another successful relationship 🤝🏼

Following numerous awards on previous phases we are happy to have been awarded the next phase at Lichfield for our longstanding client Persimmon Homes Back at it in January 💥

We are proud at C3 Construction of our track record for promoting from within and providing opportunity for people to progress their careers. Many of our management team and board members started their journey at C3 Construction working on site and we are now looking for the next generation to start a groundwork’s apprenticeship with us. It’s good to talk. On World Mental Health Day we would like to encourage those suffering in silence to reach out and start a conversation. If you’re not feeling OK or having a difficult time, there are people here that can support you. If you need someone to talk to, we will listen.

Always trying to improve! Protecting the teams on site and avoiding accidents is a top priority and working around services is one of the biggest risks we face. Our Technical Team now drone survey every main service installation and overlay the actual footage onto a site layout. The precise location and level of the mains is captured, recorded, then easily and accurately reviewed when working in that area 👍🏼

Keep ‘em happy! After the success of our relationship at Garendon we are so pleased to be trusted by William Davis Homes on our second project with them. While we move forward on this site in Hathern we will be doing all we can to earn the next contract win!
