🚨Offices aren’t dead but rubbish offices should be! It’s 10 weeks since we opened the doors of The Sweet Factory and here’s what I’ve learnt so far… 🤗 An office is more than just a place to work. It’s the hub for everything you want to do… For us, The Sweet Factory has become the physical representation of our brand and the things we value most - culture, creativity, and connection. 
 🏡 When the space feels like home (or maybe even better!), people WANT to be there. It’s true that everyone enjoys the ease of WFH, but if your workspace makes your job easier, and more enjoyable that commute becomes worth it. 🆙 Hybrid working still has its place, but it doesn’t mean abandoning offices. It means elevating the space to foster ideas and IRL collaboration. We’ve made three hires since opening, and there’s no doubt The Sweet Factory is helping us attract the very best talent 🎨 Design matters! I’ve always fought that corner, but we’re proving the right environment can boost energy, productivity, and the overall happiness across our team. Everyone has a spring in their step, and seems to be holding their head a little higher. There’s a collective pride, and it feels like (I might just be imagining it) we’re all bringing a little extra energy to live up to the great space we’re sat in.
 🧘🏻♂️Flexibility is key! The space itself can adapt to the different work styles and needs of our team, but we’re also giving individuals the freedom to manage their time. We’re trialling a number of new ideas but believe people who have control of their own time are more likely to be engaged and committed to our success! 
 This feels like a big milestone. I’m very proud of what we’ve built and excited for the future ahead!
