As we prepare to close our doors today after 25 incredible years as CTP Right Management, we want to take a moment to reflect on our journey and our culture of putting the Service leaver at the heart of our CTP delivery.   Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of supporting more than 320,000 Service leavers in their transition to civilian life. Our 82 Employment Fairs, which spanned from the South West of England to the North of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, have connected more than 23,000 individuals with opportunities that have changed or shaped their lives.   Our dedicated Career Consultants, Client Service Advisors, Specialist Employment Consultants, Employment Advisors, Client Advisors in the Central Support team, Employer Relationship Managers and Vocational training staff have delivered impactful workshops, specialised training courses, built employer led employment pathways and so much more. We are proud to have been part of so many success stories and to have played a role in shaping their futures.   We are incredibly proud of the strong legacy that we hand over to Reed in Partnership as they commence delivery of the new CTP from 1st October.   Thank you to all our colleagues, partners, employers, and, most importantly, the Service leavers who have inspired us every day.   We wish you every success for the future.
