Having access to the CTP Digital Platform will give you the best-in-class support, tools, and resources to guide you through your transition into civilian life. On Monday, we flicked the switch and began delivering our new-look Career Transition Workshops, giving Service leavers their first taste of resettlement support with the Career Transition Partnership. Our CTWs are a valuable way to discover what’s on offer, from our CTP Digital Platform and a dedicated Career Consultant, to education options, training, and bespoke employment fairs. We’ll also cover skills mapping, mindset and managing change, finances, and much more. We’ve also run our first Self-Employment Awareness webinar and will soon be offering an Employment Skills Workshop and a Retirement Brief too. Service leavers will be able to view dates and book upcoming CTP Workshops through the new Digital Platform after receiving their log in details.
