Fearing change after kids is the most human thing in the world - but your fear doesn’t mean that making a change is unsafe. Quite the opposite, in fact! 🔥🚀 Meet Tamsin Williamson, aka The Parenthood Coach a holistic Life & Mindset Coach empowering ambitious but unfulfilled Mums to reignite their passion, purpose and potential after kids, so they can unlock the next epic chapter of their lives and careers unapologetically on THEIR terms, alongside Motherhood. 🔥🚀 Here are her top 4 reasons why it's perfectly safe to make a career change, after having kids... 1️⃣ Staying stuck in a place of dissatisfaction is often so much more uncomfortable and unfulfilling than the 'stretchy' feelings that come up when we say 'yes' to change. Facing uncertainty may feel scary, but when we recognise change is needed and commit to it - we invite ourselves to thrive! 2️⃣ We have likely been through SO MANY changes in our lives already (Motherhood being a biggie!) and we HAVE survived every one of those new chapters, and each one will have undoubtedly enhanced our lives in some way. Change may feel unnerving but we need to trust our inner resources and remind ourselves that we WILL cope, adapt and learn just as we have previously. 3️⃣ The biggest learnings and growth tends to come from change. Staying in our comfort zone may feel more comfortable BUT change promises to help us become stronger, happier more fulfilled individuals - which is what we all deserve, right? Whatever the outcome, there will ALWAYS be something to learn meaning you can't actually get change wrong! 4️⃣ By embracing change ourselves, we are modelling to our kids the power of facing our fears and investing in our own development. If our kids see us taking chances, being courageous and thriving in ourselves it will inspire them to stretch themselves in the same way. Walk that walk for you AND your kids! What change are you resisting that you know you need to make? If making a change feels too scary to face alone, know that I’m here to help you unlock all the courage, confidence and self-connection to cross that threshold with conviction. ☝️ Comment ‘CHANGE’ in the comments and let's jump on a free call to explore how I can help you face change and thrive! 🌈 #theparenthoodcoach #lifecoach #holisticcoach #change #changeafterkids #parenthood #motherhood #thrive #changeyourlife #careerchange
