Established as a Community Benefit Society in 2011, we are owned by our staff and run for the benefit of our community - any profilt we make is reinvested back into the development and delivery of services ensuring we can constantly evolve and develop the services we offer to our communities. We employ approximately 800 members of staff. Care Plus Group provides services right across the communities of North East Lincolnshire, covering Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Immingham and surrounding villages. "I now feel I can believe in myself." - Jack's Story Jack was referred to Employability Services by his Autism Support Worker for support to increase confidence, social skills and to upskill, with a goal to gain paid employment. Under the Supported Employment strand of the service, Jack began a voluntary placement at 'Your Place’ as a Trainee Gardening Assistant. During his time there, Jacks confidence began to improve as he learnt new skills and improved his social skills working alongside the volunteer group.
