It has been a another terribly busy week here at Catalyst, with lots of new enquiries. The unusual thing is that I had a lot of enquiries, where the client is looking to purchase an old church and convert to residential. Churches are one of those assets that often are a of high value & with a limited market, so in most cases, this would rule Catalyst out. However, if the church has already been converted & does not look to Churchie, with a bell tower & graveyard attached, then we can consider at a lower LTV. This would subject to valuation, legal, underwriting and the usual due diligence.
