I struggle with time. I'll always prioritise the family, work or others before myself. I'm trying to grow two companies and get pulled in all directions constantly, but trying to stay in lane. It's not healthy. I'm now carving out time for me. I recently joined a beautiful golf club near to where I live in the Chilterns and it's amazing for my mental health. I'm fortunate that I'm an early bird so I got up and out for a 6.45am tee time. I'll be back with the family early doors to have a full day with them. Instead of doom scrolling at lunch, I come here once a week to practice. It's been amazing (and still new) but I think Cataphract Screening and DBS checks and bobcheck are feeling the benefits.
