This prime property, owned by a Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP), is strategically positioned in the heart of the town and occupied by two valued tenants across its three floors. 🏢 Ground & First Floor Tenant: The tenant on the ground and first floors is in the final stages of their fit-out, after successfully completing their lease at the end of June. We're excited to see their space come to life and look forward to a long-lasting partnership as they settle in and grow. We continue to expand our portfolio, ensuring each property is managed with the highest level of care and attention to detail.

🏢 New Property Management Appointment 🏢 We are excited to announce that CBGA Property Management has been appointed to manage 77 Kingsway, a prime mixed-use building located in central London, effective from 20th September. The building features: • Ground floor: 3 vibrant food and beverage units, and a beauty salon. • Upper floors: 8 floors of high-quality office space, covering a total of 47,000 sq.ft. Currently, the building is multi-let, with only one vacant floor, which is set to undergo refurbishment before being let in due course. We will oversee the management of the landlord's interests, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the high standards expected for such a prestigious property. CGBA Property Management is pleased to announce the inclusion of three work experience students in our recent 155 Prologis annual inspections.
