This #NationalLorryWeek, we’re celebrating our sightseeing drivers! 🚛 On a recent delivery to the iconic Lloyd’s building one of our drivers took this fantastic photo showing a CCF lorry delivering our own brand Tradeline C Stud and Deep Track, British Gypsum Gyproc Soundbloc, plus Isover UK products. An interesting building for deliveries, the Lloyd’s building is not only home to Lloyd’s insurance but is a leading example of radical Bowellism architecture where the services for the building, such as ducts and lifts, are located on the exterior of the building to maximise space in the interior of the building. Delivering to Battersea Power Station 💡 The latest delivery spot for our sight-seeing drivers was one of London's most famous landmarks and a Grade II listed building.
