Yesterday CDS held it's annual staff conference at the NEC in Birmingham. This year's session was designed to review our end to end/RACI process, drive improvement and ensure that all staff are up to date with the business and our ongoing processes and business strategy. We workshopped our processes based on Time, Cost, Quality and Health & Safety and reviewed any gaps.
