The UK recruitment sector is seemingly under siege by scammers and you may have recently received a WhatsApp, iMessage, or email from a Recruiter who seemed suspicious. Certus Recruitment Group want to alert everyone to a current scam that preys on job seekers (even those not necessarily looking for a job). Scammers, pretending to represent Recruitment firms like Certus Recruitment Group might contact you with enticing job offers, and try to extract your personal information or ask for payment 🤑 . This scam is currently widespread and affecting thousands of recruiters in the UK and beyond. If someone contacts you via a digital platform claiming to be from Certus Recruitment Group or using the name of one of our consultants, it's a scam! ☠ Rest assured, Certus Recruitment Group do not initiate contact with a potential candidate or client via WhatsApp or iMessage.
