It has been a total joy to take the crease as CEO of Chance to Shine this week. Thank you to everyone who has welcomed me into the cricket and sports development family, and helped me settle into new surroundings at The Oval. A totally new challenge, but as before, rooted in impact, empowering people to reach their potential and encouraging accessible aspiration. It's the turn of the u15s and u12s today at the Street national finals in Nottingham supported by Sure. 20 teams and more than 200 Street cricketers will #BringTheHeat as they compete to be crowned national champions 🏏🏆
