🐑 This summer, we were delighted to support Heart of Kent Hospice’s Shaun the Sheep Kent Trail with our own Shaun sculpture. Over 100 unique sculptures were dotted across Maidstone, each with a special reward for finders. Reflecting our sustainability commitment, Chartway’s Shaun focused on biodiversity🌱 We visited Heart of Kent Hospice last week to draw the winners from hundreds of entries. This week we’ll be contacting three people who have won an annual Family Membership to the Kent Wildlife Trust! 🏔️Last week, the Chartway Leadership Team from across the Group, came together for an offsite, where we discussed our strategic priorities for the next four years. It was an opportunity to reflect on how we’re going to drive forward our big ambitions and vision of delivering new homes for everyone across South East England. But it wasn’t all boardroom talk. We capped off the away day with the Chartway Leadership Challenge 2024: an incredible team-bonding experience as we hiked up Snowdonia! The climb was a perfect metaphor for the challenges and opportunities we face as a business and sector, and how important it is that we are Stronger Together. Spending time offsite allowed us to build stronger relationships, understand each other better, and align on how we’ll deliver on our business plan. It’s moments like these that reinforce the importance of collaboration as we focus on meeting our bold ambitions for the future.
