A daily mental health workout to promote happiness in children aged 7-11 and enable them to flourish. Cherish is a series of daily, habit-form wellbeing videos for children aged 7-11 (and adults) carefully created to provide your pupils with life-long mindfulness skills which empowers them to be the best version of themselves. Just 7 minutes a day with no teacher preparation and you can swiftly create a calm and focused learning environment for your pupils. The videos combine storytelling, positive visualisation, movement and scientific facts to engage all learning styles and can be revisited, as needed, throughout the school year.
