Cheviot HR provides HR advice and support, usually on a retained basis to businesses nationwide. We offer two types of retained support: REMOTE package - providing all HR documentation and frameworks to ensure you are legally compliant as well as 24/7 telephone and email support with your own dedicated adviser. £8 per employee per month for 24 months. ELITE - all of the above plus hands on support, help with HR admin and attendance at face to face meetings, implementation of an appropriate HR strategy to meet your business needs. £12 per employee per month. More than 3,500 current and former store staff of national fashion retailer Next have won their six-year legal fight for equal pay. This is the first equal pay claim of this type against a national retailer to reach the final legal stage and secure a win. The significance of the result extends beyond Next with Leigh Day representing more than 112,000 store staff across the five major supermarkets, Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Co-op all bringing similar equal pay claims.
