As a mother, I’m passionate about keeping our young people safe and informed, which is why I wanted to support the Make Life Kind Charity recent campaign, Disarm Hate, Arm with Hope.
They are a charity dedicated to driving change on critical issues like youth safety, and this campaign truly resonated with me—I knew I had to get involved.
Although I couldn’t attend the Manchester fundraiser due to being based in Dubai, I’m proud to support it through my partnership with Make Life Kind via Milk Education.
The event was a huge success, with 200 attendees—a complete sell-out—and they are now close to reaching the £24,000 needed to educate 40,000 young people across the North West about the dangers of weapon crime and gang culture.
Having worked alongside both Make Life Kind and Milk Education for years, The Counter Offer - The Podcast for Elite Recruiters has donated to sponsor multiple schools, helping to bring vital talks and workshops into classrooms in the coming months. I’m proud to be part of such an impactful initiative and excited to see the positive changes it will bring.
If you’re a client or business interested in getting involved, now is the perfect time! They’re close to reaching their final goal, with less than £3k left to fundraise. Please reach out to Make Life Kind for more information about how you can help.
I first heard about this incredible project while interviewing Glen Walsh on The Counter Offer podcast. The mission and movement truly inspired me, and I knew I had to do something to help. Together, we can achieve so much more. Listen to the episode here, where we touch on this project, and you can also find out more on Real Talks podcast through the charity on Spotify and YouTube.
