𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐦𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠? 💼 💸 With the Autumn Budget around the corner, many investors are hesitating, choosing to sit tight and see what the future holds for real estate. But is that the best move? In my experience, smart investors don’t wait—they act before the rush.   Historically, we've seen a surge in market activity following any budget announcement, and there's no reason to expect this year will be different. I see this as a golden two-week window to secure lucrative investment opportunities before market activity intensifies.   𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐲. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐮𝐩.   🔸 Lack of Affordable Housing = High Rental Demand 📈 The UK's undersupply of housing is the key driver behind high levels of rental demand. Investors who secure property now will benefit from strong rental yields in this high-demand market, regardless of any changes the Autumn Budget brings. While there are speculations that the gov has ambitious housing targets, these plans will take time to materialise. Also, property values are expected to rise due to the supply & demand imbalance.   🔸 Strong Rental Growth = Long-term Security 💰 Rents continue to rise year after year, adding even more security for investors. This trend shows no signs of slowing down, making it the perfect time to capitalise on immediate rental income.   🔸 Interest Rates Drop = Attractive Mortgage Options 🏠 The BoE cut inflation rates to 1.7% in September, with more cuts expected by year-end. This is hugely positive as mortgage rates will surely become more attractive. For those looking to invest off-plan, there has never been a better moment. By the time our off-plan projects complete in 2025/26, buyers will benefit from significant capital appreciation and lower mortgage costs—making this the ideal point to enter the market. 🔸 Investing in the UK = Low-Risk, High-Reward 📍   Despite short-term economic uncertainties, the #UKproperty market remains one of the most secure investment vehicles. Property prices across the country continue to rise, offering stability even during times of economic shifts. Waiting for the Budget could mean missing out on opportunities that won’t be on the market for long.   𝐒𝐨, 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭?   While many sit back, waiting for the #AutumnBudget, smart investors will take this time to expand their #propertyportfolio. Don’t miss this window of opportunity—take advantage of the current market.   𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐮𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡. 📞 https://lnkd.in/emaTQffJ Mubtada Akhtar | Sophie Brooks | Thomas Edwards | Oliver Good #rentalmarket #investment #propertyinvestment #realestate

The event received incredible feedback from all attendees, but none of it would have been possible without Mike’s incredible efforts. 👏✨   Well done to Mike for raising the bar and making CityRise stand out!   #cityclub #propertyinvestment #success #propertynetworking #congratulations #propertyinvestmentuk
