At Clear Acoustic Design we have a passion for finding creative acoustic solutions in the most cost effective and hassle free manner. We apply this passion to architectural acoustics across all building sectors, along with environmental noise control and mechanical services design. Clarity is not something often associated with acoustic design, or with acoustic consultants in general, but this is where we are different. Our drive is to complement the architectural design or mechanical services design in a way that adds value instead of confusion. We do this by providing a fast , friendly and pragmatic design service that aims to provide answers, not generate further questions. Our work is aimed to provide answers in a clear and uncomplicated fashion, without unnecessary jargon and overly technical conclusions.

Great to see this new secondary school starting on site with Tilbury Douglas. Clear Acoustic Design have provided architectural acoustic consultancy from RIBA stage 3, and will provide support up until final acoustic testing and handover.
Good progress has been made at the redevelopment of Waseley Hills High School. The site team and subcontractors managing to make good progress whilst allowing both Waseley Hills High School and Holywell Primary to continue business as usual. We have continued our engagement with both schools and have delivered safety assemblies to all pupils and a structural engineering session to the year 4 at Holywell, with site tours planned and the design team and subcontractors booked to attend careers fair. Another successful handover and the building is looking great! Very pleased to have worked alongside Willmott Dixon to complete this one. We started off with Midas on this project, and changed clients multiple times. Glad to see it come to fruition.
Harbour View Hotel - Torquay Delighted to of yesterday handed over Harbour View Hotel to TDA and Whitbread. It’s been great to work for TDA & Whitbread for the first time. The hotel compromises of 120 rooms and a restaurant. Along with the associated support areas. Our works have included completion of the hotel works from the concrete structure in place when we started on site. As well as external works and remodelling of the existing multi-storey car park layout. It’s been a great job to lead with the Willmott Dixon team along with our supply chain and consultants. A massive thank you to all those involved.
