Last week, we hosted our latest Bring You Shape Us Spotlight week across Clear Channel Europe, focusing on our inclusion journey to date. Needless to say we had a fantastic line-up of inspirational and educational speakers and panel events! 🙌 We kicked off the week with a panel of some of our #PeopleBehindThePosters across Europe, reflecting on their experiences with inclusion and discussing how we can continue driving a more diverse workplace. We were joined by Winta Negassi, Head of HR Northern Europe LCS at Google, to share her story, experiences and thoughts on what active allyship means, as well as how she has created a strong network of allies across her career and previous roles. Last, but certainly not least, Michelle Moore MA BA closed the week with an empowering and inspirational keynote speech, informing us all of the importance of inclusion in the workplace and our personal lives, and asking the question 'what will you do to drive inclusion both in the workplace and our personal lives?' #BringYouShapeUs #DiversityAndInclusion

Our Bright Sparks, aka Clear Channel Europe colleagues who are part of our career development scheme for future leaders, recently gathered in London to reflect on their journey that started one year ago. 💭 They shared their learnings, gained skills & knowledge, and reflected upon their future plans. The group had the opportunity to hear from our Chief People Officer, Kate Douglas, sharing her view on endings and development, as well as our Chief Technology Officer, André Azadehdel, recognising the amazing talents we have at our closing dinner, while Will Ramage, our Development Director Europe, closed the programme whilst handing out their well-deserved certificates. 🏆 Our Bright Sparks started as complete strangers, they have now created an exceptional cross-market synergy and friendships!
