OUR MISSION Cleverchefs have a vision, to provide exciting ethically sourced food & drink to each area of our business. We strive to create beautiful food that tastes amazing by devising dishes that compliment on flavours & seasonality. We want that breathtaking initial reaction from your guests, we want to make them smile with food joy. We will never compromise on quality in any situation. We will only ever work with creative chefs who love what they do & have the cleverchefs vision. Along the way we strive to reduce our carbon footprint 👣 by using alternatives to plastic & other materials that can not be recycled. Using more economical vehicles in our own fleet & choosing suppliers that mirror that. Our mission is simple.... Perfection COMES AS STANDARD.

NEW SCHOOL, SO COOL. C U L T U R E We are delighted to welcome leehurstswanschool to our Portfolio today. Salisbury’s ONLY co-educational INDEPENDENT day school. We have launched our new independent school brand at Leehurst Swan which is CULTURE. “Our food is about creating a food-joy culture and making it an exciting part of the day for our young customers and school staff. Leehurst Swan were looking forward to something new and exciting to offer the students and we were able to step in very quickly and provide them a tailored service. Working in big corporates and small independent caterers, Ben has followed our Cleverchefs journey for many years, but waited for the right time to join our team. “Cleverchefs have had some major growth over the last few years and it is imperative that we have passionate people on board who really understand what we are about. When I met with ben I could tell he just gets our offer and for someone selling our offer to people that is crucial.
