Site Progress: Press Break Pit Installation in Rotherham We’ve just completed the installation of a new machine pit consisting of reinforced concrete and a large premade steel frame to house a press break at our site in Rotherham. Despite limited access, it was a challenge to get it done on program, but the site team worked relentlessly and we got it completed on time. Project Update: 200m of Fusion Welded Rising Main Installed with Minimal Disruption Coakley Construction Ltd has successfully installed 200m of 90mm fusion welded rising main with minimal disruption to the client. By utilizing pedestrian barriers and road plates, we were able to maintain safe access during the installation and until we were able to reinstate the road. Progress Update from Coakley Construction Ltd at Rotherham We’re pleased to share an update on our ongoing work at the Rotherham site. We’ve now installed external plastic foul drainage and successfully connected it to the office drainage, all capped with concrete. In addition, we’ve installed a fiberglass pumping station, now ready for the rising main and concrete surround. Site Progress: Office Foul Drainage & Floor Slab Prep in Rotherham We’ve just completed foul drainage installation and the Type 1 sub-base preparation at our site in Rotherham, achieving a 10mm tolerance. Despite limited access, it was a challenge to get it done on program, but the lads worked relentlessly, and we got it completed on time. Project Update: Concrete Column Encasement in Rotherham We’re excited to share progress from our project in Rotherham, where we’ve successfully encased 80 columns in concrete after grouting, with formwork crafted by our talented in-house joiners. This is a key milestone in ensuring the integrity and durability of the building’s framework.
