Yesterday at The Ned, we had the pleasure of co-hosting a roundtable with Georgina Kelly on a crucial topic: Reigniting employee engagement.
The group faced a hard truth: too many organisations are mistaking surface-level perks for real engagement. Free coffee and wellness apps aren’t enough - employees want purpose, connection and the ability to thrive at work.

This was a case of a completely unplanned game that gained huge engagement very quickly at our SKO. The set up was simple, a 30cmx30cm square on the floor was the goal, the ‘ball’ a foam stress brain (sponsored by Cognexo !) thanks guys, our Worldpayers loved them ❤️
